Prior to 45 days of departure or more 25% of tour cost
Between 44 and 31 days of departure 40% of tour cost
Between 30 and 15 days of departure 50% of tour cost
Between 14 days and 10 days prior to date of departure 75% of tour cost
Between 10 days and In case of no show 100% of tour cost
